Friendship Week 2025

Friendship week at The Victoria Grammar School was all about recognizing and appreciating our friends at school. “Friends are like family” and we should cherish them always.  Students created artwork around the school, showcasing what friendship means to them. “Strike a pose:” *Snap!  We captured some students taking self portraits in our Friendship Photo Booth. Pre-school also came out with their friends for pictures: so cute! Staff were not left out. Friends came out for pictures!

Picture Day 2025

Picture Day is a time of excitement and anticipation for students of all ages. It’s a chance for pupils to dress up, show off their best smiles, and capture a moment in time they can cherish forever. Students from Pre-School to Secondary lined up with smiles and a touch of nervousness. The air buzzed with anticipation as everyone waited their turn, looking their absolute best! The photographer, a seasoned professional with a knack for making even the shyest student feel at ease, worked tirelessly to capture each individual’s personality. There were giggles, goofy poses and even a few tears, but in the end everyone walked away with a memorable snapshot of their school year. Siblings and families were not left out. Primary/ Secondary Christmas Programme 2024

“Love is the true spirit of Christmas” This year’s Christmas Program dubbed “The Nativity Story Retold” promised to be one for the books and it delivered!  The program was held in 2 sessions: Preschool Programme which took place at The VGS Multi-purpose Hall at 8:30am and the Primary/ Secondary Programme which took place at the school field at 6:30pm. The Secondary School Music Department started the evening off with a beautiful musical performance, filling the air with soothing sounds of Christmas.  The rest of the evening was filled with more amazing musical and dance performances by our talented students from the primary department. The rains threatened to bring the programme to a premature end but God being so good, it only drizzled for a little while. Our amazing audience stayed with us and the programme continued as scheduled, with a sectioned play by all classes; “The Nativity Story Retold”   The night ended with a special message to everyone in Ghana to maintain peace and unity as the General Elections drew near.
